The Service Level Dashboard Management Pack 2.0 (SLD 2.0) for System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 assists in tracking and reporting on LOB
application service levels. It displays a list of applications and their performance and availability against service level goals.
The Dashboard is built on WSS 3.0 and all the customized data associated with the Web Parts of the SLD2.0 is stored in the Windows SharePoint Services
Content database.

To install the SLD2.0 download the package , it includes the installation and operation guide.

To test the dashboard i used the Exchange 2007 SLA object that included in Exchange 2007 MP and i noticed that i have 2 problems viewing the dashboard
using IE.
1. I can’t move between 2 SLA objects in IE, when clicking on one object and then click on the other i get “Error on Page” in the browser.

2. The second problem is related to the names of the SLA objects in the web part as shown in the following picture:

Resolution:

The problem occur because of wrong language setting in IE, the default and primary language must be English, after adding English as default everything start working fine.
